G.A.P. Maint. was founded by Glenn A. Parks Sr. in 1987 in Virginia Beach, Va. Glenn not only brings his 30+ years of experience in the construction field to you but also his training as a Combat Engineer in the U.S. Marine Corps. Our focus is the maintenance and landscaping of commercial, retail, residential, and industrial/warehouse buildings. We view tenant relations as an integral facet of our business and perform each job in an economical, efficient, and sensitive mater.
